His background
|
After an eighteen year career as an accountant and technology consultant, Kevin decided to pursue a long-held passion for creativity in his work. He moved from South Florida to Mid-coast Maine to follow his dream of building hand-made furniture.

He received his training at the Center for Furniture Craftsmanship in Rockport, ME. There he studied under talented professionals from Britain, Australia, South Africa, and various parts of the US. Following his formal study, he enrolled in the school's Studio Fellowship Program where he began to expand his skills and explore new avenues of interest. It was during this period that he began to incorporate traditional workmanship into contemporary furniture design.

| When designing a piece, Kevin aims to develop a form that exudes a feeling of elegance that exists in harmony with the surrounding environment. He believes in balancing his own creative expression with the desires of his clients and the settings in which his work will reside. He enjoys collaborating with homeowners, architects, and interior designers and believes that flexibility in design, attention to detail, and sensitivity to deadlines are the hallmarks of a successful project. |
